Choose something you would like to cut down on or give up (e.g. alcohol, nicotine, dairy, gluten, refined sugar) and the next time you ingest it, pay particular attention to the entire process. Literally speaking: slowly and carefully be attentive to every millisecond of each and every experiential sensation; before, during and after. What do you notice?
